Notice to Suppliers: Fraudulent Purchase Order Email Activity
We want to alert you to an active email scam involving purchase orders and request for product quotations that purport to originate from The Ohio State University but are in fact fraudulent. While the university cannot prevent this illegal activity, we are actively working with law enforcement to investigate these fraudulent email contacts. Please click here for additional information.

Ariba Discovery
The Ohio State University Purchasing Department and The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center Purchasing Department utilize Ariba Discovery for all bid posting and management processes.

Suppliers must create an account on Ariba Discovery to view and submit bids. There is no charge to the supplier.

If you have not already registered your company in Ariba Discovery to receive bids, follow the steps below:
Step 1: Visit http://discovery.ariba.com/supplier
Step 2: select ‘Register Now’
Step 3: Complete your company profile (i.e. contact information, email address and commodities offered)

It is the supplier's responsibility to maintain the accuracy of their Ariba Discovery company profile to ensure receipt of bid inquiry notifications.
